Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward email messages from one mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
